- These tops are suitable for any carpentry use, for making beds, shelving, tables, end panels and so forth. The wood is selected with the aim to give an attractive Rustic appearance with knots and varied colouration from sapwood and heartwood as a feature, enhancing and complimenting any style of kitchen design/decor.
- There are about 2000 different Acacia species in our World, most of them originally coming from Australia and southern Asia. We use the Acacia Mangium specie which has the best wood and water repellant properties of them all, with inherent oils and resins similar to teak. Harvested from FSC certified plantations and then processed to worktops and panels in a World Class manner as per our systems.

Clampping the panels to the fasten the table simply easy. d. Drilling the holes based on your design, and knocked down the connectors. 03 Routing for Sink Butcher Block a. Use the sink cut template to get a rough cut for the sink. b. The edges will be cleaned up, and CNC can be used as well. c. The edge will be rounted and stained finished off. 04 Sanding Butcher Block After joining the countertops and rounding over the desired edges, you are ready for sanding. for the most uniform finish and changing the stain color. You can remove the stain by sanding the inner build countertop here, we are going to use fest tools Rotex sander which gives a quick and consistent result. now that the profiled edge has been sanded. The sanding pad can be changed to a harder pad in order to sand the entire panel surface. 05 Staining Butcher Block a. Take a tack cloth and remove all surface dust and debris. b. Choose the Interbuild Hardwax oil you need. c. The oil will penetrate a lot more so use the oil generously, now we can move on to staining the top working in one foot. 06 Oiling Butcher Block Very high solid content (100% vegetable oils and waxes) with NO Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), hence the high coverage / yield with low evaporation of fumes!
